Rates includes housekeeping twice weekly, all bed linen, towels and pool towels, electricity, water,  cooking gas, hairdryers, cleaning materials, soap, & toilet tissue are provided.

 

Unlimited Internet Wi-Fi.    Cable TV.   Local Phone calls.

 

Complimentary transfer to Jestas by the Sea is included. Guests are responsible

for the return transfer to the airport at the end of their stay.

  

Initial provisioning is available and charged at cost.

Deposit and Cancellation

 

A 35% deposit will confirm and secure your reservation.

 

The balance is payable 42 days before arrival. For bookings made within 42 days of arrival date, full payment must be made within one week of booking.      All bookings are firm and final.
 

We also require a Damage Deposit of U.S. $500.    For this you can simply leave a card on file with us.

In the event of damage, you will be notified about the damage and charge amount in advance.

 

Because deposits and final balances are non refundable we recommend that you arrange suitable travel insurance at the time of booking, in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from taking your vacation.

 

In the event that the accommodation becomes unavailable for any reason, including hurricane, earthquake, liability is limited to a refund of any monies paid.  The owners/manager will not be responsible for any consequential loss.

 

   Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere inside the house.
